A restaurant that is open on Kagurazaka Ishikawa's days off and focuses on using ingredients from Oita Prefecture.
Regular customers were drawn to Mr. Eto's personality and gathered there.
Not only the ingredients but also the seasonings are produced in Oita. On this day, the only matsutake mushrooms were from Iwate.
We had a wonderful meal packed with Oita.
