Butaboshi Description
Butaboshi is an award-winning ramen shop in Kawasaki that deserves the attention of every ramen enthusiast out there. It's no exaggeration to say that this place serves the most delectable ramen in all of Japan, and it stands in a league of its own.
The hallmark of Butaboshi's ramen is its springy noodles, a characteristic of the Jiro style, albeit slightly softer than the variety found at the Meguro store. The noodles' smooth, tender texture is an ideal match for the spicy soy sauce broth, resulting in a profoundly delicious experience.
The pork, an integral component, is artfully concealed among the vegetables but reveals itself as substantial and succulent pieces. Each mouthful is an indulgence. As you approach the bottom of the bowl, the final piece of pork emerges from the savory broth, leaving you in awe.
The true essence of the meal lies not only in its delectable taste but also in the sheer volume it offers. Four hearty servings of pork make it a formidable culinary challenge, and wisely opting for fewer noodles is a wise decision.
Butaboshi crafts an extraordinary ramen experience that captivates with its generous servings and bold flavors. The robust, firm noodles intermingle with vegetables, leaving no doubt about the presence of the flavorful meat. The rich broth is so exquisite that it captivates your taste buds with a single sip.
Butaboshi is a pilgrimage-worthy destination for ramen connoisseurs. The restaurant's ramen is hailed as one of the best in Japan, delivering a unique and unparalleled experience. Its substantial servings and exceptionally delicious pork set it apart. The lively ambiance within the establishment adds to the overall enjoyment. If you seek a distinctive and mouthwatering ramen adventure, Butaboshi is your destination of choice.

Their pork chasyu is the star. The soup is clearer than others but just as flavorful. Lots of veggies too with good balance of bean sprouts to cabbage. The noodle is really flavorful and not too mushy. Easy to slurp. Do bear in mind that the portion is huge.

Easily the biggest Ramen I've ever eaten! The regular size is easily double the amount of a normal store. But it's not just big, but the taste was excellent too. 5 stars.
