Luckily, there was a terrace seat available.
We were guided right away.

“Factory & Cafe Soleil” is a hidden cafe in Mt. Kumi ☕️ They offer a lunch full of vegetables and a wide variety of sweets.
What I received was pudding and freshly baked Basque cheesecake✨
The freshly baked Basque cheesecake takes 20 minutes to make, but it is truly delicious. It's irresistible to eat freshly baked and piping hot, and the soufflé-like texture and melty inside are perfect! You can choose between large and small sizes. (I recommend a large size because it's so delicious🤣)
The pudding has a nostalgic hard texture with a good balance of bitter caramel and pudding.
