My long-cherished wish came true and I visited Cafe T, a hidden parfait shop!
I was curious after seeing the posts from my followers.
Basically, they don't announce the menu on social media (the photo I posted is of a parfait that is no longer on sale), and the menu is irregular, so it was difficult to get a reservation.
but! I saw the story announcement just before Golden Week, and when I called for the last day, I was finally able to make a reservation.
➡️We recommend going to the cafe's official Instagram account and following it → turning on the Stories notification from the mark on the top right
A short walk from Komagome Station to a residential area in a back alley. The entire house has been turned into a cafe space, with warm lights and a row of picture books lined up on the counter. There are works that adults can also enjoy.
The theme this time was strawberries, so there were some unusual fairy tales related to them.
Apparently the owner is a vegetable sommelier.
This time I had pre-ordered:
☑︎“Strawberry Mille-feuille Parfait” (Can also be made into a course with salad and drink)
Upper row
・Two layers of strawberry and caramelized pie
Lower tier
When I move the pie away and open the door to Kufufu...
・Caramel cream & strawberry flavored custard cream
・Caramel ice cream
→It had a very impressive bittersweet taste.
・Crispy cacao nibs
・Refreshing strawberry sorbet
・Chocolate cream (Sierra Nevada)
・A crunchy caramelized pie
・Slightly peppery chocolate pudding (Sierra Nevada)
・Sangria style jelly
This is the last one! I'm so excited about strawberries (´∀`c)♪
・Marinated strawberries
・Rhubarb jam
・Framboise sauce
Strawberries and fresh cream go well together, but I prefer caramel.
Large strawberries are scattered around the area to make flowers bloom.
I slowly bring the parfait to my mouth while reading under the raindrops.
best time
And this day was the day I made a mad dash.
``Strawberry Vinegar Soda'' really hit home with me...
I've always liked pomegranate juice, and the ``acid'' is good for a tired body.
Even if you can't reserve a parfait
We also recommend a one-plate lunch with plenty of vegetables ◎

This is a popular cafe restaurant in Komagome that serves parfaits that are not listed on the menu.
The parfait is a complete reservation system, and there are no photos on the shop's Instagram etc., but since the parfait uses seasonal fruits, they will announce what kind of fruit is used. .
Since the restaurant is run by only one chef, it was difficult to get a reservation on the phone, but I managed to get a reservation.
It often fills up quickly after reservations begin on Stories.
The day before, [we have quite a few peaches, so you can also order peach pasta]
So I tried to order it after arriving at the store, but the peach pasta was also sold out due to pre-orders.
This time's parfait was a ``reverse version'' of a peach tart made with Amato from Yamagata Prefecture, placed on an inverted glass.
It was sprinkled all over the glass and on the plate, making the parfait quite filling and delicious.
