Cantondishes No. 2 Review Summary

Great food with perfect service! I haven’t tried that much of Cantonese food before but it was impressive enough that I decided to try more of it. You can see hanged ducks and pig in the kitchen. The price was reasonable and the people working here were very friendly and helpful when asking about the unknown things in the menu. I will come back!

Went with friends for lunch on a weekend. We needed a res. We tried various things. The steamed ribs were nice. The char siu buns were tasty. The siu mai were good, so were the noodles. I enjoyed the mixed bbq plate. Good experience, I'll return.

Not a bad place for some decent HKG cuisine.

Great Cantonese style restaurant that I went to last year. Love the noodles but not the roast. Price is reasonable. Service is good.

Decent place to find a variety of Cantonese style roasts.

The charsiu is not quite what I had in Hong Kong but the roast duck with plum sauce was spot on.

However the roast chicken , despite the skin is delicious…you need a bit of luck. One plate got chicken breast and the other was mostly bones. Would have liked some thigh meat. 😣 Might be worth ordering half a chicken instead of the lunch plate.

Interior wise it is a little crammed but luckily not too any customers at the time it opened.
