One of the best curry only rue I had in my life. We ordered the beef and cheese chicken curry. Both are good. Lines can be pretty long during the day but around 5pm its ok. Price is also cheap!

Also the small size rice is already 300g

One of the few old school curry restaurants left! It was so nostalgic walking into the place, done up retro style. Curry was amazing; you can tell the formula is hand blended from scratch, reminding me of curry I used to eat when I was a kid. All the different types of curries tastes unique, not at all like they came from the same pot and just with different types of meats in them. Menu is simple and straightforward. They’ll advise you to pick the smaller rice size instead of the regular, and I agree! The regular is a whopping 500g! I barely made it through. Delicious, smooth short grain rice with umami rich curry, and a mini salad. That’s it. That’s all you’ll need. Oh, and their prices are really hard to beat. About 730yen per set. Go there for lunch and skip dinner.

I found this restaurant by coincidence. The long waiting queue outside and the curry smell was really attracted to me. I suddenly check Google review and decided to queueing. Total waiting was 1.5 hrs till getting in and got serve. The rice portion is allowed to adjust because the set is so completed and quite a lot. There are types of meat in the menu. The curry is so amazing. Meat and curry is perfectly cooked. I was falling in love to this curry rice since the first spoon. Every single mins of wiating in queue is worth for. ❤️❤️❤️

We stumbled upon this place due to the long queues and was told Curry is something to try in Kamakura. Had us interested, i mean long queue means something is really good here...right?

The curry was super delicious! Its definitely one of the very best curry I have had in Japan.

The menu ranges for options from cheese, beef, pork, chicken to seafood and even offers a child option with curry. You can tell how much time and effort is made into this as it feels like the ingredients have been braised and cooked in for hours.

I would also recommend asking for the regular/large portion of rice because the curry just compliments with the rice every-time.

All in all, the price of the curry and a tasty soda all under 1300 yen is crazy for the portion given. Strongly recommend coming to this place.

Curry and Beef are blended together so well that you can feel the true "beef curry". Topping for cheese and egg only 100 yen each. Highly Recommended
