Carne Sio Review Summary

Visited the restaurant for lunch. The quality of the charcoal-grilled wagyu beef was quite high and very tasty. Bistro Carnesio in Ebisu is a sister restaurant of Bistro Carnesio in Daikanyama.

Carnesio's specially selected beef fillet steak, which is a popular dish, is an extremely rare cut that is said to only be harvested from 3% of a single cow.
It was extremely soft, refreshing and delicious as it was low in fat.

For garnish, choose garlic rice from several options.
I had them make it using leftover sauce, and the combination of garlic and sauce is so good that you'll want to eat it over and over again.

Daikanyama Italian is proud of its meat dishes, including special dishes made with raw Kuroge Wagyu beef, grilled offal, and charcoal-grilled Wagyu beef.
It just opened in April and is said to be a sister store to the newly opened popular Ebisu restaurants `Bistro Carnesio'' and `Carnesio East''.

On this day, we will have a limited lunch of 5,500 yen packed with many of the charms of Daikanyama Carnesio.
Enjoy Carnesio's special beef fillet steak set, which comes with a special selection of beef fillet steak, mashed potatoes, mini salad, crispy soft French cheese, and smoked cream or rice.

The meat is super soft and you can easily cut it with a knife without using any force.
The flavor of the dripping meat juices is the strongest, and the compatibility with the soy sauce and garlic added for seasoning is exquisite.

Freshly baked baguettes, Crispy Soft France, are crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside with a gentle sweetness.
It was fluffy and melted right into your mouth leaving just the flavor, and it went perfectly with the smoked cream.

Some people may think that 5,500 yen for lunch is a little expensive, but it's totally worth it at this price.
The ingredients are of high quality, the staff's hospitality is top-notch, and I think the taste is more than worth the price.

The inside of the store is casual, but the space is sophisticated and stylish.
The staff are friendly and the customer service is polite and comfortable, making it a space where you can fully enjoy your time.

In addition to our signature meat dishes, we always have about 60 types of wine carefully selected by our sommelier.

My personal favorite is the wagyu beef lunch, which is only available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
