When we got there, the place was full except for 2 seats at the bar. Seeing that it was busy, we ordered chef's-choice course dinner with wine pairing. The entire experience was just exquisite. From the fine and delicate balance of each mouthful, to each paired wine, to depth of the master's knowledge of the exceptional wines. It was one of the best meals I have had through out Japan and our planet.

The best cost-effective lunch in Ginza ๐ฅฐ!
I visited around 12:40 for lunch on a weekday โจ
The table seats were full and we were seated at the counter.
The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of a building behind GINZA SIX, and the interior of the restaurant is not that large, so it feels like it will fill up quickly after about 7 groups of customers enter.
If you can't get in at the same time as the store opens, there's a good chance that the first customer will still be eating and won't be able to enter if you go a little later.โบ๏ธ

Three types of pasta are served each day, changing daily.
Probably because there is no fixed menu.

We were given wines to go with each course meal, and were given detailed explanations about the dishes and wines.
After receiving so much delicious wine and food, I was a little scared to pay the bill, but when I looked at the bill, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the price was reasonable.
