Casual Wine Bistro Bistro Roven Shinjuku Review Summary

Came here for dinner on a standard working week Monday night at 630. We had booked but it wasn't busy.
The course we ordered was the 6500 yen course which included 6 dishes and coffee or tea.
You need to order an additional drink - wine was reasonably priced, between 3 and 4000 yen.
Here and it's other locations are all well know for the roll cabbage and is definitely worth trying.
Atmosphere is nice but prefer the tamachi location much more.
Overall worth visiting especially for lunch.

Main courses: tasty!! There is actual depth and complexity of flavor. Both the cabbage roll & Hamburg steak were delightful.

Taking off 1 star for the bread. Get the rice, it was moist and satisfying. The bread is 3-ish rolls, one of which has berries in it which doesn't match the savory food at all. Rice & bread are both bottomless (I think).

The place is quite comfortable, very nice decoration and smooth jazz. Ordered the spicy demi-glace burger, and was pleasantly surprised with how hot it was! Definitely recommend it! #spicyfoodlovers
