😍 This was one of the best coffee shops that we went to during our trip.

Place is nice, has a beautiful decoration. Chill and friendly vibe. Perfect for couples or singles, not for big groups. Service was good and quick.

☕️ we ordered one iced coffee, one latte, one cheesecake and another pastry with white chocolate and raspberry. Everything was delicious!

🍪 they sell their roasted coffee blends and pastries. In site and online stores are available.

🤑 Prices are a little expensive but worth it.

♿️ not suitable for people with mobility restrictions.

Stylish, minimalist coffee house with proper choice of coffee (and other beverages, like tea). Espresso was very good indeed, creamy and slightly on acidic side, they I like the most. Very good choice of pastry, mostly of western type, I recommend those based on chocolate, rich and moist and not overly sweet. Would be nice if drinks were served in glassware, instead of paper cups.

Great atmosphere and excellent service! There were 2 breakfast options (we tried one of each) in addition to a selection of baked specialties. We enjoyed an espresso and iced coffee from a variety of drink options. The blossom cake was excellent!

We had the Creme Brûlée latte, and it was one of the best cups of coffee I have ever had in my life! We had a nice chat with a worker from New Zealand who gave us a couple of good recommendations for Nara. Our only regret is not going back in the afternoon for another coffee!

Chami is most likely my favorite coffee shop in all of Japan, and that is really saying something. We first discovered this place by accident while wandering around Nara, and now we make an effort to stop by every time we’re in country. The staff are so friendly and nice, the pastries & desserts are beautifully made (and delicious), and of course the coffee is incredible. They have such a wide variety of carefully curated beans, expertly roasted in-house, and brewed with precision. I always bring beans home with me when I leave. If you’re a coffee lover, and appreciate the craft; stop in. Cheers!
