Which meat leakage level is high?
The salted tongue is sliced thinly, but it's delicious when you fold it into quarters and eat it.
The offal is seasoned with a sweet sauce and is quite to my liking!
Seitan, skirt steak, and loin are also must-try!
We recommend finishing off with some refreshing cold noodles!

Gyu Washika head office of a yakiniku restaurant in Monzen-Nakacho.
This restaurant has been continuously selected as one of the 100 most famous restaurants in Tabelog.
I went there because they offer fresh and delicious meat, mainly Omi beef, that has not been frozen.
This time, we had raw tongue, upper skirt steak, chopped steak, and pickled ribs.
The raw tongue was delicious, crisp and delicious.
The top skirt was thick and medium, but when I chewed it, the meat juice overflowed and I could drink it.
The cut steak is mainly thigh meat, which is highly satisfying because it has a reasonable texture and flavor and can be eaten at a reasonable price.
The pickled ribs were the same, and the balance between the taste of the sauce and the fat of the meat was good.
Salad and kimchi on the side menu were unexpectedly delicious.
Monzen Nakacho is a battleground for yakiniku.
The price is reasonable, so it's a shop you want to use according to the usage scene!

Visited at noon on a holiday. There were about 3 groups waiting, and we entered the store after waiting about 15 minutes.
The inside feels like a regular yakiniku restaurant with a long history.
Lunch seemed to end as soon as the meat ran out, and the charcoal fire was extinguished by 1pm.

Order the finest Omi beef lunch
Comes with 6 types of meat, kimchi, offal stew, boiled tongue, soup, and rice

The meat is A5 rank Omi beef, and although it has a lot of fat, it is of good quality and doesn't make you feel sick at all. The meat is not too soft, but there are no strings, so it's easy to eat. It goes perfectly with wasabi and soy sauce. There is no doubt that both the taste and texture are at the highest level.
Also, the boiled offal is average, but the boiled tongue is extraordinarily delicious, making it a masterpiece that you'll want to take home with you.

It's amazing to be able to eat meat of this quality for lunch in the 3000 yen range.
It seems like they only serve lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, so be careful.

I will come again at night.
