Is it because the coloring is very dark and the serving speed is fast that it is left to bake? The level I think.
I preferred the sauce from Kanetetsu who was diagonally across the street.
However, it felt like a flat 4 piece, but 3,400 yen is amazing for this size.
The cost performance is comparable to that of a local eel restaurant.
I think it's not bad if you want to eat unagi at a cheap price.

Visited here to eat eel for lunch.
The location is on the basement floor of Shinbashi Ekimae Building No. 1. This area is lined with old, finely divided stores that give the impression of the remnants of the post-war black market.
The interior has been beautifully renovated and has 3 counter seats and 22 table seats. I was surprised by the faux concrete wallpaper.
I ordered the lunch service eel bowl for 1,800 yen. Today's eel is posted as being from Miyazaki.
It's a great value to be able to eat domestic eel at this price.
Soon after, the eel bowl, soup, and pickled vegetables appeared.
One whole eel and extra pieces.
The meat is soft and fluffy, and the sauce is not too sweet, so it's delicious without being overpowering.
There's plenty of rice, and the quantity is sufficient. I'm also happy that it's topped with plenty of sauce.
I was very satisfied with the delicious, complete, and cost-effective Japanese eel bowl. Thank you for the meal.
