The first photo is of Vacherin's Christmas dinner at Le Lectier.
It was the first dinner under the chef of Shekobe. In rakugo terms, it was a perfect dinner with a punch line. It's a very delicious dish that makes you feel the effort that goes into making it, even though you can't see it on the menu. Did you have women in mind? It was a dish that used high-quality fruits throughout, including Beni Madon. Mr. Caballero from the Matsuzakaya store, who is always there for me, seemed to be helping out, and I had a fun Christmas.
