It was the best shop.
I had my fill of Nagoya Cochin, a rare dish that I had never experienced before.

You can see that the reason why the general seems unfriendly is because he takes his job seriously.
I was surprised to see him scraping off each burnt part with scissors and serving it out.
*There is no smiling face while the chef is cooking, so this is not a restaurant for people who are looking for a friendly staff.

This creates a space where customers can enjoy yakitori seriously. Yakitori is really delicious and impressive. The meatballs and TKG eggs were sweet and I enjoyed Nagoya Cochin to the fullest.

When I timidly informed them that I had a vegetable allergy, they responded politely, and I think that depending on how you communicate with them, how you feel about this restaurant will change.
By the way, after they finished baking, they talked to me with carefree smiles, and I had a lot of fun listening to them talk about things I didn't expect.
When you go there, you can see why the ratings are so different (lol)

I felt like this was a unique and blissful shop for me, so I became a member before I left ☺️✨
I will definitely visit again when I go to Nagoya!
