I received 15 Chinese noodles. It looks similar to Cantonese noodles, but is completely different.
Many of the ingredients were the same, but there was no quail egg.
The filling is loose and spicy. It has a very deep flavor. This is proof that the basic Chinese soup is carefully made. Probably any dish you eat will be delicious. The five stars are because I am confident that the other dishes are absolutely delicious.
Special mention goes to this noodle! It's not that the soup clings to the noodles, but rather that the noodles cling to the soup even though there is no bean paste. I don't know what I'm saying f^_^;)
I would like you to try it and experience the feeling.
I will definitely go again within a week.

I've come again. Today's set meal is sweet and sour pork.
The appetizers are amazing. Vinegared zha cai, raw vegetable salad, gyoza, fried chicken, soup.
As expected, the soup is good because it uses Chinese soup stock properly. The gyoza is a masterpiece.
The sweet and sour pork meat is soft and easy to eat, and the onions and other toppings are also nice. However, it would be perfect if it was a little less sweet and had more sourness.
The landlady was efficient. It would be nice if the dishes were handled a little more carefully. It's noisy when cleaning up.
Even if you deduct those things, it's definitely a 5 star quality.
Next time I'll probably try green pepper meat.

Third visit.
This time I wanted to eat chicken, so I ordered the oil and chicken set meal. This time I was lucky and the side dishes were gyoza and spring rolls. Gyoza and spring rolls are so delicious that you'll want to order them separately.
The main dish, the fried chicken, was also lightly seasoned, with a crispy coating that wasn't overpowering, and a complex, deep sauce that was outstanding.
From the side dishes that come with the dishes, you can feel the love that goes into making the food delicious for the customers. Even the salad side dish uses three types of dressing, and the fried chicken is casually topped with matcha salt and Japanese pepper. The chicken seems to have been carefully selected and has no odor and is tender.
Next time I'll try green pepper meat or sweet and sour pork.
I'm looking forward~
The kitchen here is almost a one-off operation, and the food is made seriously and carefully, so it takes time. We must be prepared for this point.
