I received 15 Chinese noodles. It looks similar to Cantonese noodles, but is completely different.
Many of the ingredients were the same, but there was no quail egg.
The filling is loose and spicy. It has a very deep flavor. This is proof that the basic Chinese soup is carefully made. Probably any dish you eat will be delicious. The five stars are because I am confident that the other dishes are absolutely delicious.
Special mention goes to this noodle! It's not that the soup clings to the noodles, but rather that the noodles cling to the soup even though there is no bean paste. I don't know what I'm saying f^_^;)
I would like you to try it and experience the feeling.
I will definitely go again within a week.
I've come again. Today's set meal is sweet and sour pork.
The appetizers are amazing. Vinegared zha cai, raw vegetable salad, gyoza, fried chicken, soup.
As expected, the soup is good because it uses Chinese soup stock properly. The gyoza is a masterpiece.
The sweet and sour pork meat is soft and easy to eat, and the onions and other toppings are also nice. However, it would be perfect if it was a little less sweet and had more sourness.
The landlady was efficient. It would be nice if the dishes were handled a little more carefully. It's noisy when cleaning up.
Even if you deduct those things, it's definitely a 5 star quality.
Next time I'll probably try green pepper meat.
Third visit.
This time I wanted to eat chicken, so I ordered the oil and chicken set meal. This time I was lucky and the side dishes were gyoza and spring rolls. Gyoza and spring rolls are so delicious that you'll want to order them separately.
The main dish, the fried chicken, was also lightly seasoned, with a crispy coating that wasn't overpowering, and a complex, deep sauce that was outstanding.
From the side dishes that come with the dishes, you can feel the love that goes into making the food delicious for the customers. Even the salad side dish uses three types of dressing, and the fried chicken is casually topped with matcha salt and Japanese pepper. The chicken seems to have been carefully selected and has no odor and is tender.
Next time I'll try green pepper meat or sweet and sour pork.
I'm looking forward~
The kitchen here is almost a one-off operation, and the food is made seriously and carefully, so it takes time. We must be prepared for this point.

First visit! So I ordered China 15 noodles.
Several kinds of vegetables, pork, and mushrooms? There are many ingredients such as.
The soy sauce-based soup was topped with toppings and served piping hot.
It was a delicious dish that I like.
I was intrigued by the variety of set meals, so I'd definitely like to try them next time.
I think the prices are reasonable overall.
Was it because it was Sunday? The customers wanted to come in without interruption.
I will go again!

It feels like a delicious Chinese restaurant in a traditional town.
I visited for lunch, and the menu included salad, pickles, soup, gyoza, fried chicken, rice, and main dishes. I was surprised that it only cost 900 yen. The cost performance is excellent.

When you order a normal lunch menu, the dishes are brought out one after another like a course meal.
This is the one and only Chinese restaurant in town.
Delicious and cost-effective, highly recommended!

The atmosphere is that of a small, old-fashioned Chinese restaurant, but the taste, variety of dishes (especially the service at lunch), and prices are incredible.
A total of 1,800 yen for the green pepper meat set meal (with egg soup, 1 bone-in fried chicken, 1 gyoza, zha cai, and mini salad) and the sweet and sour pork set meal (same as garnish).
I think the cost performance is the best.
The owner (head chef) is a quiet craftsman-like person, and his wife is a hard worker.
He is not arrogant, does not cut corners, has been working honestly for many years, and his personality is reflected in his cooking.
I like it here.
This is a hidden gem that we recommend.
