The spiciness was gentle enough for people who don't like spicy food.
The overall flavor is strong, so I think it would go well with beer, so next time I'd like to take it home.
I think the food is cooked in bulk, so the timing of the food delivery may be earlier or later depending on the order. There is a space where you can park your car in front of the store, but it is not a parking lot, so please park at a nearby coin parking lot.

I hadn't been there for a long time, but when I was working in the kitchen of a restaurant, the chefs at various restaurants recommended this restaurant and said, "This restaurant is delicious!", so I got curious and decided to visit.
The operation by the unfriendly store owner didn't seem to be that kind either.
Although the inside of the store was small, it was fairly clean, and the owner was working quickly in a kitchen that looked like a battlefield, so I thought it was okay.
Their ramen and mapo tofu are popular, so I ordered the mapo bowl.
I ate the green onion soba with a neutral attitude so that I could report on the ramen correctly.
I see, this is amazing. It's clearly a step different from the ramen I've eaten before.
The roasted green onions have a great flavor from the sesame oil, and the noodles are not your typical noodles, but have a strong umami flavor and personality.The soup is really complex, and the char siu is so good! This is chashu! Everyone, please be a role model! taste like that
