I've always wanted to visit you.
I was able to visit the famous Chinese noodle restaurant California.
I arrived about 20 minutes before the store opened and there were only 3 people on a first come first served basis.
It's less than I thought, isn't it? I thought so
Around opening time, customers were arriving one after another.
It seems better to arrive early.
We will be entering the store when it opens.
Ordering is done through a ticket vending machine, and there are various menus.
I decided in advance to avoid getting lost at the ticket vending machine and causing any inconvenience.
Add pork wonton soba (white).
(black) is also available, but there is no explanation of the difference on the ticket vending machine.
I handed my ticket to the clerk and took my seat.
There are some counter seats and some two-seater seats.
It seemed like there were more seats than I expected.
I'll take a look at the inside of the store while you wait.
The atmosphere is stylish and doesn't look like a ramen shop.
This may also be the first time I've ever been to a ramen shop that has a pepper mill.
The restaurant was full, but the ramen arrived without a long wait.
The soup is transparent, so the colors of the noodles and wontons stand out well.
It's definitely a whitish visual
Start with the soup
As a ramen soup, it tastes like nothing I've ever had before.
The flavor of the bonito stock is quite strong.
I'm not sure what the flavor is
More like soba than ramen?
The noodles are a bit thick and straight.
The ingredients are chashu and wonton.
The wontons are crunchy and delicious.
The char siu is thin and lighter than it looks.
As I continued to eat it, I realized that it resembled Okinawa soba.
It has a unique taste for ramen.
Thank you for the meal.

First review on 4th visit.
※There is no parking lot.

Neoclassic Chinese noodles ¥750
Char siu egg bowl ¥350
Total ¥1,100-

Recently, raw material prices have risen
While there are many simple and expensive ramen,
This taste at this price
The cost performance is different from other stores.

Stylish cafe-like interior.

A clear Chinese soup with the aroma of dried sardines
Spicy thin noodles
Nori, spinach, thin menma, naruto
Thickly sliced meaty chashu
The balance is great.
Black pepper, which has a strange taste and is ground in a mill, is also available.

The char siu bowl is also not as heavy as it looks.
I could eat it wholeheartedly.

For a while, word of mouth was whispering things like "the customer service is..."
(Although I don't originally expect the level of customer service from a ramen shop.)
Now, there was a female staff member who was friendly and provided pleasant customer service, and a male staff member who cheerfully said hello to me, and I had a simple and delicious ramen.

I also eat other types
This is my favorite restaurant, no matter what I eat, it's delicious.

I will definitely go again.
Thank you for the meal.

I've asked you several times. Google Maps is recommended for getting there! Ba Xu is difficult to understand. About 10 to 15 minutes walk from Kikusui Subway Station or Higashi-Sapporo Station. This ramen is mainly Chinese noodles. It's a gentle ramen, but it's packed full of flavor. The most popular, reasonably priced at 890 yen. He's so kind that I can go out to eat with him once or twice a week.
