The best ramen in Sengawa station I have ever had (Sengawa Jiro is also the greatest of course) and definitely keeps a low profile in spite of its quality.
The taste is simple and decent.
I had a wantan-men which cost 1,000 yen which was a relatively expensive but you still have 5 wantan in it… I would order the standard one next time.

It's a nice Shina-soba restaurant. (Not ramen)
Soy sauce based soup in which we could feel robust fish taste. The noodle itself is also nice egg based one.

I entered the store around 2pm, just outside of lunch.
The owner had a strong father-like feel to him, but Ippongi's commitment was evident in the amount of menu items.
He was so serious that I thought he was trying his best (-person-)
I felt that the menma was a little old and had a sour taste, but I didn't worry about it and slurped the noodles, and it was full of flavor with the flavor of the seafood and the richness of the pork.

When I visited during the coronavirus pandemic, I was wondering if it was open? As I thought about this, a man sitting in the audience stood up, looking heavy. He was the shopkeeper.
The shop owner isn't wearing a mask, and his wife? He also didn't wear a mask and was unfriendly.
The inside of the store was covered in dust.
The menma stinks and I wonder what's going on, so I glance over and see that they're both grinning.

The recommended wonton noodles were delicious. Seafood soup with thin noodles. It's delicious when you bite into the chashu. There are a lot of different wonton fillings in there. There are plenty of ingredients such as menma, wontons, and green onions, so I'm satisfied. Thank you for the meal😋.
