Went to this Chinese restaurant in the hotel of the observation tower. It has a very nice view. If you need a window seat you need to book in advance. We ordered a set lunch each. The amber walnuts went very well with the tea which was a delicious combo. The jelly fish appetiser was the best jelly fish that I have ever had. The soup was hearty and flavourful. The dumplings were okay just the skin was a bit thick. For main, we had abalone, squid and sweet-sour pork. Very good texture and the sauces were authentically Cantonese. Overall a very enjoyable lunch.

Cumin was also added to the stir-fried seafood, which added a nice accent and made it delicious. I will try to imitate it at home.
The fried Peking duck and purple sweet potato also had flavors that made the best use of the ingredients. I thought the spoonful was good.
The soup makes good use of vegetables and is very satisfying! We tried not to make it a typical Chinese soup, and to balance it with other dishes.
Will it be the main thing? Were the pork meatballs a little heavy? I also thought that it would have been better to have something a little sour, such as a dish using black vinegar (since the fried food was served first).
If the dessert was a little more ingenious, it might be more satisfying. Everyone loves sesame dumplings and almond tofu, but I think you can take it a little further by incorporating seasonal fruits.

My beer was getting lukewarm and my bag was getting hot. Will the lipstick melt? I'm starting to worry. Towards the end of the meal, I started to feel hot as I am sensitive to heat, which was a shame. . .
