Chinese Restaurant Taikourou Review Summary

Stopped in here for a quick bite because the food looked great. We’re American, but we speak a little Japanese and haven’t had a problem eating anywhere else in Tokyo or Kyoto during our two week stay. We were treated rudely and as though we were an inconvenience when we didn’t have any special requests or anything. We hoped the food would redeem the restaurant but everything was subpar. We’ve had much better gyoza and the dumplings were nothing special. Will not be coming here again.

Firstly I enjoyed my food.
Secondly I left my wallet there and left for Osaka . I called them from Osaka to enquire about the wallet. They not only acknowledged about the wallet and were kind enough to send the item cash on delivery to Osaka. Thank you god bless

Unfortunately, I was not given a taste of the cuisine because, the waiter disregarded me and turned his back without wanting to serve.
I have never experienced such an insult in a restaurant

- Nice place to enjoy spicy Chinese food
- Two floors with enough space to accommodate group of 4 or more
- Comparatively Expensive but worth it
- Bit more busy in weekends
- Convenient as lies in the middle of Nihombashi and Tokyo station
- Menus are available in English as well
- Recommended for dinner
