Jinka, a Chinese soba restaurant located in Kanda Jimbocho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

An affiliated store of the famous Chuka Soba Wakan TOKYO in Shinagawa Ward★

2024.1.4thu

Meal ticket system, 7 counter seats

Soy sauce soba ¥1,000

On this day, I entered the store smoothly without waiting.
Good visual with neat noodle lines★
A high-quality flavor with a well-balanced combination of soup stock made from chicken, pork, seafood, dried foods, etc. and Kaeshi made with carefully selected soy sauce ★ (Oishy! ♫)

The noodles are made using homemade noodles made by another affiliated store, Waka Seimen, and they have a great texture and are full of wheat flavor.

The char siew is also carefully prepared and delicious ☆
Surprisingly, I was very impressed with the menma, and it was so delicious that I felt like I had eaten delicious menma for the first time in a while.

As expected from a famous restaurant, it was a very satisfying drink, thank you for the meal 😋

I'm curious about the other menus, and I'm looking forward to the other affiliated stores I'll be visiting in the future ♫

The reason why I rated the atmosphere as 1 star is because when I was sitting in the seat closest to the kitchen, there was a bad smell coming from the kitchen (was it garbage or drainage?) and it smelled bad while I was eating, so I would be happy if this would be improved in the future.

About 300m from Jimbocho Station
Coin parking is available nearby.

Run by someone from Vietnam
A restaurant that serves exquisite soy sauce and salt ramen.
When we first opened, we said, ``It's not a private store.''
Although the information about the store he came from was withheld,
It's currently on the counter in the store.

Visited for the first time in search of delicious salt ramen.
Because I was a hungry people

The lunch bowl was also cheap, so I had the rice bowl as well.

The soup has an animal-like flavor at first.
After that, shellfish, especially clams,

Even more minerals! The momentum of
Not just water poisoning, but mineral poisoning.

The noodles are thick, lightly curled, and thick noodles.
Smooth at first, but after a while
It's getting softer though
This soft state is extremely delicious.
I'm happy with the texture, or rather the texture on my lips.
I reconfirmed the deliciousness of soft noodles.

A bowl of rice served only for lunch.
It looks like cooked rice or fried rice.

There are lots of kelp water tsukemen everywhere.
Now, the question is how to add value.
It may be the only way to express your uniqueness.
This shop sells clams and kelp water.
As a clam lover, I can't avoid it.

The name of the restaurant is "Chinese Soba Jinka", which is Japanese style.
The store manager is Mr. Son from Vietnam.
It's definitely written that way.
This pleasant customer service
There are some stores that I would like you to try out.
Aside from that, the delivery was faster than I expected.
I have the impression that making tsukemen takes a long time.

The simple visuals are also beautiful, reminiscent of freshwater clam soup.
For an additional 300 yen, you can have a special dish, but even the default one is
A completely satisfactory composition.

100 yen for rice with chili oil and egg is a good value.
Chili oil has a bit of a taste, but
It's surprisingly spicy and doesn't taste bad.

Now, tsukemen.
Slimy and glossy noodles.
The noodles are really nice with a chewy and chewy texture.
The gray lump on top of the noodles is in the description.
Is it "Maitake Mushroom Clam Buster Sauce"?
Mixing it with kelp water increases the flavor.

While the level of perfection as tsukemen is extremely high,
I felt that the presence of freshwater clams was weak.
I feel deeply.

If I don't come to see you myself,
I feel like Shijimi won't turn around.
It's similar to human relationships,
I feel deeply.

Shijimi kelp water tsukemen (soy sauce): 1,150 yen
