Chuka Marushin Nishi-shinjuku Review Summary

It was ok kind of restaurant. I went there during lunch time... There famous meal is Chanpon

A salaryman greasy spoon.

I used it at the second restaurant for a drinking party. I arrived before 10pm, but it seemed to be a popular restaurant and the restaurant was almost full. All of the dishes we ordered, including gyoza, stir-fried meat and vegetables, and stir-fried eggplant, were delicious.

There was a nice Chinese restaurant in town, so I went there for lunch for the first time. I went there at 1 o'clock, and it was still full, so I had to wait inside, but I was able to sit at the counter seat after about 10 minutes. After looking at the store's signage, menu, and reviews, it seemed like the correct answer was to order the Nagasaki Champon, so I added 3 gyoza to it. The order was placed for me while I was waiting, so the food came out quickly and the taste was perfect. Especially the gyoza had a lot of meat in it. Next time, I would like to try Marushin's recommended miso ramen.

There was a Nishi-Shinjuku store and a Higashi-Nakano store, but they are now closed.
In 2023, they will open a store in Akebonobashi.

Visit before 11pm on weekday nights.
I felt sad because the Nishi-Shinjuku store on Shoban Dori, which I used to frequent, closed due to the entire building being demolished.
This shop is also loved by many regulars.
