I was looking to go to a ramen shop near my home after work, but it seemed like I wouldn't be able to make it in time...so I decided to check out ``Mukan'' in Gotanda, which I had researched beforehand.

Weekdays 13:15. 4 previous customers. The number of seats inside the store is unknown, but there was a long line. This store is the only one with long lines around here.

Well, since it's ramen, the rotation is fast. I entered the store in about 10 minutes. Ticket machine is immediately to the left. Only 6 seats at the counter. When you sit down, you have to be careful about the space when other customers pass behind you.

The only menu item is the special oyster salt (1,100 yen). One match. Arrived within minutes. Hmm, Kahori is just like Iso. A sip of soup. Hoho oysters. If you don't like oysters, it's probably not possible.

Paste in front left. It's rich but not overwhelming. The saltiness of the soup seems to be diluted.

The noodles are flat noodles. They bring the soup in a nice way.

The menma is also big and delicious. like. It contains seaweed and green onions, but the claims are modest.

Grape sansho is used to change the taste. It feels a little more refreshing than normal. It was delicious and I added too much. introspection.

It's delicious, but even with the addition of grape and sansho pepper, I was a little tired of it. I would say it's monotonous or lacks depth. What.

2023.11.2 There was a line for some reason, so I got curious and went the next day.

I had to wait for about 20 minutes from around 12:00, and in addition to the wait, it took about 30 minutes to get the rice bowl, so I was really nervous, thinking I'd be late for work.

I was surprised by the strong smell of oysters just by entering the store!

For ramen, you can choose only the special oyster ramen for 1,100 yen at the ticket vending machine. (Cash only)

It tasted like ramen, but the curly, thick, pasta-like noodles mixed with the soup stock made it extremely delicious!

Each topping is carefully made and each one is truly delicious. The oyster paste is so beautiful✨

When I added grape sansho, it had a refreshing taste rather than a numbing sensation, and I enjoyed it a lot.

I'm not a big fan of ramen and eat it all the time, but I found the most delicious bowl of ramen I've ever had in my life.

It feels more like soup pasta than ramen. The noodles are voluminous and I think even men will be satisfied.

Customer service is also No. 1 among ramen restaurants.

Good taste, good appearance, good value for money, good customer service, I was impressed with everything!

Not enough ☆, ☆10! Definitely a repeat!

*There are only 6 seats, so depending on the timing you may have to wait quite a while.

I went to “Chinese Soba Mukan”!
This time I ordered the special oyster salt.

Special oyster salt is used in cloudy oyster soup stock
Paired with flat, hand-rolled noodles.
Toppings include rare pork char siu and
Oyster paste, rock nori, extra-thick menma
Filled with flavored eggs, green onions, and more!

When served, the aroma of the ocean spreads through the air.
The soup is light, but it comes with oyster soup stock.
It has just the right taste that you can really feel.
The noodles are chewy and unique to hand-rolled noodles.
The unevenness makes the texture even more enjoyable and irresistible!

Mix rock seaweed into the soup halfway through to give it the scent of the ocean.
Melt oyster paste to enjoy the flavor of oysters
Sprinkle grape sansho on the table for a gorgeous look.
You can add your own timing to each
You can enjoy a variety of different flavors!
Rare pork pork and flavored eggs are also delicious.

It was a cup where you could really feel the care!

There were about 6 people in line in the early afternoon on a weekday.
It was so delicious that I was glad it was lined up!
