Visited this restaurant for a team dinner and we really had a lot of fun. We had the entire 2nd floor to ourselves so we could talk freely and enjoy the ambience.
The restaurant is next to a stream and has a rustic feeling with interesting interiors.
We all enjoyed a set course with dishes like chicken & mashed potatoes and pad Thai noodles that tasted quite good.
The staff even give all of us cookies as we were all leaving that made our time here more special.

A compact review of this stylish Asian-inspired bistro and wine store.
A word review.
A stylish Asian-inspired bistro and wine pairing in Ebisu, Tokyo.
【Access from the station
It is located a 5-minute walk from Ebisu station.
Located by the river, the atmosphere is perfect for a date.A stylish house.
Seats.
58 seats in total. The first floor has a counter and is recommended for a bar date, while the second floor is separated from the rest of the house, making it a very relaxing place to spend time.
[Interior
The interior was very chic and relaxing, with a wood-grain base tone. The table was warm and the candles on the table were a nice touch.
Cuisine.
Today we had the natural wine pairing course supervised by wine importer BMO, which was newly added to the course menu.
The course, which combines naturals wines with dishes that go well with the wines, is very delicious and goes well with wine. And the wine went well with it.
The oyster beignets were fried in oil, similar to doughnuts, but the beer used in the batter gave the oysters a moist texture.
The wines to be paired with the dishes were
Domaine Gessikt / Le Suruc
One bite. The label is also interesting in that it has the word hitokuchi written on it, which means a bite in Japanese.
The beer batter gives the beignets a chewy texture.
Powerful and complex naturals with a hint of lemon tea elegance. It was a good wine with an elegant aftertaste, somewhat like lemon tea.
The dishes were prepared in a variety of sustainable ways to eliminate food loss, and I was very surprised and impressed by the deliciousness of the food.
A very satisfying course meal.
Oyster Beignets with Lemongrass Sauce Tarter
Salmon Confit Tartar
Pie of conger eel and foie gras with sauce diable
Duck breast cooked at low temperature with cacao sauce
Sautéed cod and milt with sauce béarnaise
Berry nougat glace with red wine caramel sauce
This is all you need to ask for!Menu】】 Conger eel and foie gras pie with sauce diable
The Pie of conger eel and foie gras wrapped in sauce diable is a must-try.
The conger eel and foie gras were so delicious, crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside, wrapped in a delicious foie gras.
The red pepper sauce enhances the flavor of the pie.
The texture and taste of this dish will make your wine taste great.
The menu is very delicious and surprisingly tasty.

I feel this is a reasonable price range for a course of this volume and naturals wine.

Great ambiance with healthy fusion food. I can’t tell the nationality of food but it’s good! Cozy atmosphere, good price and good with group of woman. Will be coming back for girls dine, either lunch / brunch / dinner, highly recommended!

My wife and I had lunch here today with our friend and her daughter. The ambiance is perfect for a casual lunch and would be great for a cozy dinner.
The food was, AMAZING. People rating this place anything less than 5 stars must have been eating the napkin, instead of the delicious food which is served here.
I had the coconut pork, and my wife had the chicken breast. Both were prepared perfectly, and the pork was so tender, I only used my chopsticks to section it into bite-sized pieces. The pork is both fatty and meaty and the 2 parts melt effortlessly in your mouth.
The pork was served with a scrumptiously seasoned serving of lentils and crisp, roasted cabbage.
The chicken came with a very thin coating of skin along one edge, which held in the delicious flavored of this beautiful marinated meat and it comes served in a coconut cream sauce, which was mouth watering and delectable.
Our waitress, Shimada-san, was extremely polite and attended to our every need. She was even to procure an extra piece of the fresh-made bread, for our friends daughter, who gobbled it up with a hige smile on her face. (Note: the whole-grain bread here is also DELICIOUS).
If you're in the area, you NEED to stop in for a bite....you won't be disappointed.

Super great atmosphere and delicious Thai food. A pretty good line up of drinks. All of the dishes we had including pad thai, gapao rice,
raw spring rolls were amazing. The seats and tables are places so that it’s comfortable to have a good conversation and not be distracted by others. It seems that they have seats on the first floor for smaller number of people like 2, and for larger groups 3 or more, would be generally seated upstairs.
