This is a store that retains its old-fashioned atmosphere.
The waiter has a very nice atmosphere and explains the dishes etc.
I went for lunch, so there were 3 courses.
We recommend the simple beef stew course.
What I found very appealing was the Chaliapin steak.
I don't think there are many restaurants that serve this type of steak.
I ordered extra steak.
The beef stew is also rich and delicious.
Personally, I love Choux Pie's pies that are packed with flavor.
Every dish is consistently delicious.

It is generally difficult to enter without making a reservation, so we recommend making a reservation by phone.
Also, if you are traveling with children, you can make a reservation, so you can go without any hesitation.

I've been wandering around the Komachi area since high school, and my girlfriend and I had talked about wanting to eat here someday.
I had eaten French food at various places, but my girlfriend told me that I had never eaten at a famous local restaurant, so I remembered the old days and went here for lunch for the first time.
It's a classic French dish, light in flavor and delicious to the last.
The CP is excellent, usually lunch costs around 10,000 yen per person for drinks and additional dishes, but here it costs less than 6,000 yen!
It's reasonably priced and recommended along with Ripail in Kannai, but since it's a historic restaurant in Kamakura, you'll have to wonder if they're used to eating French cuisine.

I visited in October 2023 and ordered a beef stew set and beer.

The set includes Kamakura vegetable salad, garlic toast, crème brûlée and coffee (or tea) after the meal.

Beef stew is served in a simmering state. The demi-glace sauce was delicious and had the flavor I wanted. The meat was tender, and since it was seasonal, there were also slightly sweet chestnuts in it.

I also felt the quality of the salad, garlic toast, and creme brûlée after the meal.

I was able to enjoy my meal in a comfortable atmosphere with my favorite jazz music playing in the background.

Chaliapin steak, which was also loved by Daibutsu, was exquisite. The onion gratin soup was also very delicious. The atmosphere inside the store is nice and it's the perfect place to use on your big day.
