First of all, I encountered definitely the best katsudon of my life.
Our restaurant used to be a famous Japanese restaurant in Nagarekawa, but due to the declaration of a state of emergency, from around mid-May we started to only serve katsudon for lunch.
All the people I trust in the gourmet world came to visit and gave me rave reviews, so I was intrigued and came to the store.
They offer loin katsudon and fillet katsudon using Iwami beef, and I ordered the loin katsudon.
The katsudon here is not an egg-based style, but a TKG style where an egg is mixed with rice. There's a cutlet on there.
When you take a bite, you will be impressed by the flavor and sweetness of the meat, the rich aroma, and the fat that melts in an instant.
Also, if you add the Kyoto mustard that comes with it, the taste will be even better.
If you want the general's personality to be good and nothing to say, this is the place for you!
