I love this little bakery. There is a wide variety of baked items to choose from, all of which I’ve had are delicious. The first time I came, the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful but the second time the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything is written in Japanese so it did take me some time to translate and figure out what I wanted. I really liked the baked item that has egg in the middle and the earl grey biscuit cookies.

Absolutely delicious and accomplished "rustic" baking. Great range of breads, pastries, and pre-made sandwiches. The baguettes were a revelation, with a delicate surface crisp, and deep flavor, born of unbleached, slightly bran-flecked flour. This is honest, no-frills baking of the highest quality. Highly recommended.
Note that when I visited in July 2016, opening hours were only 8am-1pm daily, and closed on public holidays (apparently - at least they were closed on Marine Day).

Really good bread! Small shop, but a excellent variety of delicious, fresh made bread. Busy in the mornings, as one might expect from a suburban area.
