Unassuming brick oven pizza place, with wine selection in a residential area. Chewy and fluffy pizza dough! The owner said, he feels bad whenever people don't eat crusts, so he made sure to create a dough recipe that would make the dough chewy (without tiring your jaw) and fluffy ❤️

I Found this place by using google maps looking for a pizza restaurant . It is tucked away in a small alley in a residential neighborhood where you don’t expect any restaurants at all . But this again is the charm of it . I sat on the patio under a small lamp , enjoying my first Japanese grown Pinot Noir and a juicy pizza made with fresh ingredients . I will come again ! I Hope they take credit cards soon .

The place is new and compact with a gas pizza oven as the main piece.

Food is just ok, not real Italian, the pizza is not made with Italian flour and I didn't feel Italian ingredients were used. The pizza dough was gummy and not properly cooked. The oven is not a wood type as far as I could see.

Price higher than expected.

Service was just ok.

Won't be going again.

It’s really easy to communicate with their staff

The store is located in a quiet residential area.
Pizzas are baked in the oven right in front of you (counter seats).
The freshly baked pizza had just the right amount of salt, and the dough was chewy and delicious.
The store's interior is made from scrap wood from old folk houses, giving it an atmospheric feel, and I felt the owner's commitment to it.
All the staff are so nice that I can't help but enjoy the drinks lol.
