I visited for lunch on Sunday.
There is a counter and three tables on the first floor, and when the restaurant is full, you will be directed to the second floor.
I had the Ryukyu rice bowl, which came with a bowl of rice, red soup stock, and a salad, so it was a good deal at 900 yen.
The quality is so high that you can't believe it's only 900 yen, and I'm very satisfied.
I would like to try other menu items, so this is a restaurant I will definitely visit again.
    ----------------------------------------
On the day I had lunch, I really wanted to eat dinner, so I went back for the first time in my life!
The atmosphere is different at night, which is also very satisfying!
Not only sushi but other dishes are also delicious! !
We also have a selection of alcoholic beverages that you won't find anywhere else, so I think you can just go for a drink! !
However, it closes at 10pm, so we recommend visiting early.
It's also available for takeout, so I think it's a good idea to take it out and eat it at home! !

It seemed crowded when I visited last week, and they were preparing for the last order...sad. I tried again and was able to have lunch without any problems.
The menu included sushi and set meals, but since it was my first time, I ordered the sushi set of 12 pieces of nigiri, plus mackerel sushi and inari sushi, for 1,800 yen including tax. I also liked that it was called iced green tea instead of water. What's more, it was poured at an average level, which was just right for me, who had just dashed in. When I saw the sushi that came out after waiting for a while, it was incomparable to conveyor belt sushi.
Sea bream, tuna type, horse mackerel, tuna type, salmon, squid, scallop, shrimp, fatty tuna type, salmon roe, conger eel, mackerel sushi, inari, side dish red soup, salad, eggplant and tofu dengaku. First, the red soup. Red soup stock with fish bits. Both dengaku and salad are delicious. The salad dressing is the perfect balance. And all the nigiri sushi are delicious. Especially the shrimp and scallops. I felt the flavor of shrimp for the first time in a while. The scallops were also sweet and glossy. Especially since I've been enjoying conveyor belt sushi recently. Also, my favorite food is mackerel sushi. It's so filling that I want to add more.
No matter which one I ate, the balance of toppings and rice was good. It feels like there's a lot of volume. Also, wasabi works well. I remember back in the day when sushi was a luxury food and I didn't have many opportunities to eat it. I realized once again that it is better to add just the right amount of wasabi to sushi. After the meal, I went to a nearby conveyor belt sushi restaurant and ate a few dishes, but they were different. I was impressed with the sushi made by the owner, from the selection of toppings to the way the rice was prepared.
Next time I would like to try a set meal. I guess it's a fried chicken set meal after all...it's just hard to differentiate.
I would like to come at night too. I can't drink alcohol.

As a former sushi chef, the sushi was delicious (^^)

    Stores opening in December 2023
I had often seen it on social media, but I finally had the chance to visit it.

This time I chose the lunch set, 12 pieces of sushi for 1,800 yen.
Other customers were also waiting, so I waited as I felt the chef working hard to get my order.

It's also good that the tea is green tea.
It's a chuhai glass, so you can feel like you're getting a green tea high (lol)

Soon enough, 12 pieces of sushi, mackerel sushi, and Inari-san arrived. Conveniently 14 pieces! There was red soup stock, mini salad, and two slices of carpaccio. This is quite a cost performance...Women may be satisfied with 8 pieces.

The wasabi didn't have much of an effect, but I was satisfied after eating it! I'm also interested in other rice bowls and set meals, so this is a restaurant I'd like to stop by when I'm in this area!
