This day was the third one I used.
I couldn't ask for that much though.
You can tell just by that, it's the best taste.
The paper with the menu written on it is filled with many attractive dishes.

First of all, I was impressed by how fulfilling the appetizer was.
Bruschetta with homemade focaccia and homemade bread topped with prosciutto.
From olives to crackers.
This alone is enough to drink three glasses of wine.
Eating bread and raw ham with black pepper is super delicious ♡
The cold white liver had no odor, was relaxing, rich, and delicious.

The inside of the restaurant is comfortable, and there is no tension like you would find in a members-only restaurant.
There was a homely atmosphere that could only be expected from a one-off operation, and we relaxed and enjoyed the food and wine.

Shiitake mushroom fritto stuffed with salsiccia may look unassuming, but it's a dish that bursts with concentrated flavor as soon as you take a bite.
The meatiness of the salsiccia and the aromatic flavor of the shiitake mushrooms go perfectly together, making it a wonderful combination that goes well with red wine.

The selection of wines was also great, and next time I'll try a variety of dishes at the first party.

An Italian restaurant located on the 3rd floor of a bar building in Imoaraizaka.
The shopkeeper's one-time surgery, sometimes his girlfriend? wife? will help you.
The menu is extensive and the restaurant is open from late night until early morning, so it's a good idea to use this as your second or third restaurant, but it's best to enjoy a nice meal and a glass of wine right after it opens.
I fell in love with cacio e pepe here, but I have yet to find a cacio e pepe that surpasses it.
