This restaurant was founded by my friend with professional cooking skills. I felt a connection with its theme of “cycle”, and decided to visit there shortly after starting the restaurant.
As soon as we stepped inside, we could sense the attention to detail, from the interiors, furniture, and plants, to the attire of the staff. Especially, the dishes were all wonderful! Some of them had a rustic feel, others had floral shapes or were shaped like cracked eggs. Every time it was served to me, I was delighted.
The meals heavily featured herbs, allowing us to directly taste the aroma, bitterness, and texture of the plants, which suited my taste. The presentation also highlighted the cuteness of flowers and fruits, which also excited us.
As it was lunchtime, we ordered non-alcoholic pairings. Various types of kombucha and blended teas were served one after another. I used to have reservations about kombucha, but all of them were easy to drink and tasted delicious.
We stayed for more than 3 hours, and I left feeling both satisfied and detoxified in body and mind. We will definitely visit again!
