I made a reservation and visited on Sunday at 11:30. On this day, all seats were fully booked. Since I went to the second group, I was able to choose between sitting at the counter or at a table. We chose the counter. You can watch the food being prepared right in front of you. This time it was my birthday lunch, so I had made a reservation for the Shell Omakase C course. There is no menu, so it was a little difficult to remember the explanations for the appetizers when the food arrived lol. You could also choose a drink to match your food: foam, white, or red. The store staff will also be happy to advise you. It was fun to be able to eat a variety of appetizers one by one. The fish dishes were delicious with a refreshing sauce, and the meat dishes were of course delicious, including beef, but the pork was especially tender and had just the right amount of fat, making it a favorite for both of us. For the final dessert, I had a birthday plate prepared for me, and the fact that it was casually brought to me was very nice since I don't like the atmosphere where the entire restaurant celebrates. The tiramisu on the birthday plate was delicious.
