This store is only open during the day. There have been a lot of customers since we opened on Saturday. The ramen is soy sauce tonkotsu ramen, which is light but has a aftertaste that makes it easy to drink. There seems to be about 2 parking spaces.

Not a town Chinese restaurant
Town ramen shop.

Although it looks plain
The flavor that spreads in your mouth and the crunch of green onions
I also like the thickness of the chashu.
Garlic tastes weird
chili pepper
I think it's the classic Kyoto ramen.
It was delicious!
Thank you for the meal😋

Traditional Kyoto ramen with a rich soy sauce-based soup made with stewed pork bones and chicken bones.
If you leave the soup for a while, a thin layer of collagen will form.
The grilled rice is also rich and moist using lard.
The food stall started several decades ago under the five-storied pagoda of Toji Temple, and has since split into two, the daughter and son of the first generation, and this is the daughter's lineage. Now the third generation is in charge.
There are many regular customers, and although some people may not like the unique atmosphere, you can enjoy the orthodox Kyoto ramen that does not have a strange taste.
Closed on Sundays and only open for lunch.
Also, you can get beer from the refrigerator next to the entrance, open it yourself, and take it to your seat.
