You can have the best soba in Tokyo.
I couldn't find better quality soba restaurant than this.
Noodles have thick texture and best match with savoury soup.
I recommend 'Seiro soba' or 'Tsuketoro soba'.
Former one is ordinary style and latter one has fluffy and sticky grated yum soup.

You can order 'Sake' and other side dishes.
I recommend omelette, yaki-miso and sobagaki.
All of them are so good.

You shouldn't miss them.

I made a reservation by phone about 4 days in advance and visited at 6pm.
It says on the website that reservations are required for Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

We have been selected as one of Tabelog's 100 Famous Soba Restaurants in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2022.

I ordered a 6000 yen course.
Soba fried miso
Sobagaki
Soba sushi
seasonal tempura
Stone mill steamer
Soba sweetness

It feels like the reservation is fully prepared.
All the ingredients are amazing and delicious
The soba yaki miso has a good bonito soup and a good texture, making it interesting and delicious.

Sobagaki is a surprise! The container doubles as a pot and is still warm.
It looks like it was custom made.

Soba sushi is made with surprising 3-color Sarashina soba.
It's time consuming

All the seasonal tempura vegetables are delicious.
When I asked why it was so delicious,
It was from my own vegetable garden!
The taste of the ingredients is strong and delicious.

Needless to say, I love bamboo steamers because they are coarsely ground, but I recently tried using milled ones as well, so they are very fragrant and delicious, and the quantity is satisfying.
I rarely see green onions and daikon radish in a box.
All the utensils are so nice.

Soba sweetness is made from buckwheat flour and Wasanbon.
The sweetness is also very delicious.
A very satisfying shop
I wanted to visit when the landlady was in good health.
The general is a very nice person
I want to visit again!

Only shops you like and would like to introduce to your friends ⭐️ More than 4
I will only upload ⭐️4 and 5 on Instagram.

Make a reservation for the 7000 yen course. Tabelog doesn't have a menu with course details, so you'll have to search for the restaurant's website. Not only the hot pot, but also the soba gaki and the udon to finish off the hot pot were delicious. All noodles are homemade. ...

Grilled soba miso, fragrant and delicious. Delicious soba noodles with green onions and mushrooms are the best in my life. It might be delicious if you eat it with some green onion hotpot. Soba sushi is average. Tempura is also average. The dashimaki egg is also normal...
