I was on the fence for 4 or 5 stars. I enjoyed the food, and the pairing was pretty good. But it was good, not great.
I expected more from the claypot rice dish, as it was the dish on socials that I was hyped on. It was sadly under salted and they shouldâve given the crispy bits immediately. The eel what a muddy flavor which was a BOO in my book. A week on, I canât tell you which dish was my fave. Maybe the duck?
Atmosphere was great, service was discontinuous strangely.

DenKushiFlori - where East meets West, where Japanese cuisine meets French cuisine. Light yet flavourful, punchy yet well-balanced. Every dish was delightful albeit less âkushiâ than Iâd expected.
What topped it off was the wonderful alcohol pairing from the resident bartender/sommelier who also kept the entire (full) house running like clockwork. She showered us with such welcoming hospitality and such a great host. The wines and sakes were an eye-opener but man, the Wasabi cocktail was just *the* drink to round off the meal!
I highly recommend trying this spot!

This had to be one of our best meals in all of Japan. This restaurant is a collaboration between two of Japan's best chefs. Also make sure you visit their restaurants when in tokyo.
It was great seeing dishes from both of the chefs and their restaurants.
I would go back here in a heart beat. Service was some of the best we have had in the world. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to revisit Tokyo and go again
