Wasn’t our first choice for this evening, but it turned out to be better than expected. Settled for their course dinner with mains of curry Wagyu and beef hash. At first glance, both looked alike. Upon tasting, the former had a multitude of spices while the latter was more hearty with an onion base. Both, however, left us with a warm feeling. The 3 types of pickles as accompaniments balanced the overall taste in each mouthful and made us yearn for more. So much so, we even ate the pickles after cleaning our plates! Salad as starter was refreshingly light, pumpkin pottage was of a perfect portion and tasted delicious with hints of cinnamon. Coffee chiffon and custard lemon tart wrapped up our meal happily. Service was attentive and timed perfectly. English was spoken but no English menu. Definitely worth a visit. And we were glad the first restaurant turned us away because they were full (apparently).

Great beef Curry and wonderful services. Decent Coffee and delicious cakes which are also out of my expectation. It's the best curry I had in Japan. Will visit again next time.

A friend of mine from Ehime found this restaurant when he was alone in Ginbura, and I heard that the food was carefully prepared and delicious, so I went to Ginza with my daughter and had lunch there.
When I called to reserve a seat, I was told that they only accept reservations for course meals. I didn't know what the course menu would be like, so I just reserved a seat and chose from the a la carte menu (lunch set) at the restaurant.
My daughter had the special hayashi rice made with Kuroge Wagyu beef, and I had the special curry rice made with Kuroge Wagyu beef.
Both come with a mini salad and consommé cup soup for 1,900 yen.
When I saw the look on my daughter's face when she took a bite, I could tell that it was exquisite. When I took a bite of the curry, the chunks of Kuroge Wagyu beef melted in my mouth.
There's nothing to say about the taste!
The condiments of rakkyo, fukujinzuke, and pickles are also perfect.
Next time, I think I'll try the hayashi rice for the Western food course.
Dompierre for the first time in a few months.
I had the Hayashi rice for the Western food course.
The soft, melt-in-the-mouth meat from Kuroge Wagyu beef is chewy. The sauce for the hayashi rice is also carefully crafted.
Is the rakkyo and pickle condiments just for curry and rice? I thought so, and I'm glad that it also comes with hayashi rice.
Salads and potage soups are also delicious. The potage didn't have a salty taste, but it was good because it felt like I was drinking pumpkin.
Dessert is gateau chocolat and Basque cheesecake. Since the dessert was voluminous, I thought it would have been better to have less rice.
I was curious about the curry and omelet that other customers were eating.
Dompierre for the first time in two months.
Top with keema curry omelette.
The coarsely ground meat is satisfying.
The omelet on top also has a strong egg taste.
It's delicious no matter what you order!
It was very delicious!
There are five small four-person tables inside. It's probably best to make a reservation for lunch.
This time I topped it with keema curry omelette.
I had a Western food course.
I wanted to eat a salad, so I thought it would be better to have a Western course.
The soup is pumpkin soup.
Pumpkin makes for a thick potage soup, but it's a light soup that's not as thick.
Still, it's a thick soup with plenty of pumpkin. It was my first time.
Dessert is gateau chocolate and coffee chiffon cake with fruit. The fruit was a persimmon, but it wasn't a raw persimmon, but something lightly pickled in some kind of syrup?
Dompierre does intricate work one by one.
Next month, we'll have lunch while enjoying the fashionable autumn weather!
It was about time for dessert to come out, but there were two women waiting for me. The perfume of a woman who entered the store later...
I think it's bad manners to wear cologne or perfume in a restaurant.
Dompierre for the first time in a month.
I ordered the grilled curry, which is popular among repeat customers.
After dinner, we had today's dessert (gateau chocolat and Basque cheesecake platter) and coffee.
This is your first time grilling curry, and if you love cheese and curry, you'll love it.
The bowl is hot, so it might be good for cold seasons.
The Basque cheesecake for dessert is exquisite.
As expected, this time as well, I was curious about the perfume of the woman who came in towards the end of the meal.
It may be unavoidable due to the location of Ginza, but it will ruin your precious dishes and desserts.

It's delicious no matter what you eat
Recommended is grilled curry! ️
Basque cheesecake for dessert too
It's rich and goes great with coffee.
