Don Bravo Review Summary

This place was truly incredible. Every step on the menu was another level of deliciousness, all the ingredients were well thought out and each plate was its own little adventure of flavor. I was so impressed with the quality of the entire experience.

The staff were also amazing, very kind and friendly… but not just with us but also each other. It felt a bit like a big blended family and that peaceful environment lent itself to an extremely pleasurable dining experience.

The entire course was impressive, but the pizza in particular was incredible.

I would recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly! Truly amazing!!!

Six months ago I was having a conversation with the chef/owner of a nice restaurant in Omotesando and my friend asked what restaurants in Tokyo excited him as a chef. His answer was Don Bravo. Since that conversation, I’ve been wanting to visit; well, last night I did and it was incredible, simply incredible. We ordered the ten course menu and the alcohol pairing, which consisted of a couple of cocktails, some saki, and a number of delicious wines. The menu was exciting, creative, and delicious. In addition, the service was impeccable—super knowledgeable and so friendly!! Now be warned, the price tag is not for the faint of heart, but we loved the experience so much that we made another reservation before even leaving the restaurant.

They mainly offer pairing , no bottle menu When they poured my glass, I felt it testing wine , not enough amount of wine

Wine selection is not bad though if they poured that amount I don’t need to this much of glass

Moreover I felt they were putting on airs…

Had the most amazing meal here. The course was well curated and executed. Everything tasted soooo good. Opted for the alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks pairing - very unique and all the drinks were great. They had some super tasty in house sparkling tea and “cola” too. Service was warm and prompt. The whole team is very friendly, making the dining even more enjoyable. Loved everything about this restaurant!

As an Italian from Rome I can say I was positively enchanted by the food the atmosphere and the people that were great.
