Anyway, you have to eat whitebait! Searching MAP for just whitebait while I have limited time due to work ☝️
yeah? Dorome? ? There was a manga by Osamu Tezuka called Dororo. Okay, decided here. Hit me.
I chose the "Sakura Shrimp and Shirasu 3-Type Rice Bowl" which is said to be sold out before noon. However, it is really weak when it sells out or is limited. If you say that everything is limited edition, business is sure to prosper.
・Sakura shrimp and whitebait 3 kinds bowl 1,780 yen
``Please eat as written on the wall,'' the staff member reminded me. Hey, I understand.
1.Pour sesame oil on it
2. Break the yolk
3. Eat without mixing
If you break the yolk first, you'll want to mix it! However, I will hold back and eat it as is!
This guy has a very raw feeling. Sakura shrimp reminds me of the ``bait'' I used to throw when I went fishing with my father. The shrimp's whiskers stick in my mouth.
Of the three types, raw whitebait is the best. However, I thought to myself that my wife wouldn't be able to eat it. Because she can barely eat sashimi.
Completely eaten without mixing. Does "don't mix" mean that you want each flavor to be tasted properly? I won't know unless I compare.
By the way, what kind of child is Shirasu? Is it tuna? ? It's even sardines! Moreover, raw whitebait is called dorome!
I learned a lot from Uncle 50.
It was a feast.

Came in around 6pm on a Saturday.
It's early at night in Atami, and many shops close after 6pm. Among them, this place is open for business. I'm just grateful for that.
As soon as I entered, I knew the place was full. I was about to give up, but I was told that there were seats on the second floor.
This restaurant does not have counter seats, but there are seats on the second floor, so be brave and enter.
I ordered the highly recommended whitebait tuna bowl.
Contains raw whitebait, kettle-fried whitebait, and pickled tuna. Raw whitebait and kettle-fried whitebait
It's good to be able to enjoy both at the same time. You can compare the taste. The tuna was also delicious.
