We had a wonderful meal. Everything is made by the general himself. The wife's customer service is also wonderful. The Japanese summer dishes were really delicious. I especially can't forget the steamed sweetfish and grilled chicken shellfish. I had a rare experience.

A Japanese restaurant run by the owner who trained in Misai and Owatari.
The restaurant only rotates once a day, has six seats, and is often reserved for private parties, so it quickly became difficult to make reservations.
You can enjoy wonderful dishes prepared with the help of a discerning eye for high-quality ingredients and solid techniques. The prices are also quite reasonable for a high class store in Kyoto.
That's why there will be a rush of customers.

In no time at all, it became a restaurant that was difficult to make reservations for. His work in bringing out the flavor of the ingredients is amazing. The dishes are exquisite, with both politeness and boldness.
