Visited Sushi Fuku at 18:30, right before the crowd hits at 19:00 and enjoyed pleasant conversation with the chef behind the counter. First we were stunned by a lot of the beautiful china used for plating food, the sake cups were all eye candy, to match with the marvelous sake that it holds within.
The food here was also spectacular, with one of the best Shari I have had in Tokyo so far, the red vinegar add some depth to the sushi. Sweetest Sea Urchin, melt-in-your-mouth Chu-Toro, and also very good Fuku Maki #福卷 which was chu-toro topped with sea urchin and lavishly laden with caviar. Needless to say the fish here are fresh, albeit mostly white fish.

The inside of the store is spacious and comfortable!
This is the only place where you can eat such delicious sushi near Shibuya station ☺️

Chawanmushi with crab filling is warm and soothing to the body☺️
The salty taste of crab miso is irresistible...
I love crab miso, so this was my favorite.
The restaurant's original fatty taku roll called Fukumaki was also delicious.
Tuna caviar on top of fatty tuna!
