Speaking of Sanratan noodles, I visited Mr. Eirin. The soup is truly delicious. The balance of spiciness and sourness is amazing👍However, the Chinese noodles are thin and not chewy. . It's a pretty standard noodle dish at a Chinese restaurant, but I wish there was some ingenuity in this aspect.

Evening course at the original Sula Tanmen restaurant
Of course there is also Sula Tan.
The shark fin in chicken paitan is exquisite and the best shark fin I've ever had.

Everything is refreshing like Kyoto cuisine, and there is no heaviness at all from oil, making the creation and course development refreshing even when you are full.
    Everything was delicious.

The space is used luxuriously with a horizontally long table.

One thing is that I am not satisfied with the response to the phone calls at the time of reservation, but if only that was done properly, it would be full marks.

I would definitely like to visit the Karuizawa store as well.

A friend of mine made a reservation for the original Sula Tanmen restaurant.
All lunch courses were delicious. You can choose between Sula Tanmen, Dandan noodles, or fried rice, but all three of us chose Sula Tanmen.
The volume of the food is at an elegant level, so men may find it small. It would have been nice if the servers were a little more relaxed and friendly, but I guess they were always busy, and I got the impression that they were in a hurry to put down the plates after I finished eating.

I decided to visit this place, which I had been curious about for a while.
Previously, there was a signboard in front of the building with a menu posted, but it wasn't there on this day, so maybe it's a closed day? I gingerly got on the elevator and got off, and it was open for business.
There were empty seats, so I was able to sit down without waiting.
The ceiling inside the store is high and the walls are made of exposed concrete, so voices echo and it's very noisy.
So, when you call the store clerk, call with all your strength.
It was served in about 6 minutes after ordering.
The shrimp are big and plump. I was surprised that it contained crab fillet. No wonder it's expensive. I thought it had too much green peas, so I would be happy if you could add less.
The Chinese soup didn't have a typical taste, but it had an elegant taste.
The amount is not that much, and an adult male would feel like he is full.
It's a restaurant you can use for dinner parties or dates with mom friends, but it's really loud and noisy, so it's better to sit up straight and hold your stomach while talking.
    Thank you for the meal.

We will be visiting for lunch at 11:30 on weekdays.
The interior of the store is spacious, with high ceilings and a calm atmosphere.
From the menu, I ordered the original Sura Tanmen with tomato topping.
It's a brightly colored visual that will whet your appetite.
The ingredients were thinly cut bamboo shoots, ham, chicken, and shiitake mushrooms. The moderate acidity gives it a pleasant feel.
I think it's a cup full of balance and elegance.
A passionate human drama packed into a bowl.
Throw yourself into a sea of soup
They move wildly through the noodles.
    And my ramen journey continues.
    Thank you for the meal.
