The casual course, Hisui, includes an assortment of colorful appetizers, shark fin soup with crab meat, stir-fried shrimp, scallops, and yellow crab, deep-fried crab claw wrapped in shrimp surimi, fried squid and lotus root, konbu-jime red sea bream shabu-shabu, and domestic beef. Stir-fried makomo mushrooms, fried rice with salt-grilled horse mackerel, and it was pretty fulfilling. The last course was coconut milk with plenty of pulpy strawberries, sesame dumplings, and banana chocolate. This is Chinese cuisine with a variety of elegant flavors, from standard menus to creative menus.
