In addition to Takkun Shoten in Minamiasagaya, I was also interested in Enoken Ramen.
I had passed by many times but never had a chance, so I just ignored it.
I heard about this restaurant from a friend in Minami Asagaya that it was a soul food restaurant.
I was lured by the red sign and pig illustration and stopped by.
First up is the food ticket machine.
I'm sure there was a cold chew, but there is a menu called `chilled ramen'', but there is no button for `hiyashi chuka''? ?
Well then, Miso is at the top left, so I think it's recommended.
●Miso ramen @ 900 (tax included) is available.
The gyoza set meal and curry are also popular.
It's around 8pm, but it's crowded.
I sit at the edge of the counter seat.
An old man is cooking in the kitchen located at the counter.
The woman next door was eating hiyashi chuka. So, hiyashi ramen = hiyashi chuka.
It's a huge volume.
Perhaps the miso is popular, so I was cooking several servings at once.
Waited 16 minutes for miso ramen and side noodles.
Contains stir-fried vegetables such as bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and chives.
And menma, half flavored egg, 2 slices of chashu, and 1 slice of seaweed.
There are fine pieces of back fat and black sesame seeds floating in the soup.

I received a large serving of miso ramen. Isn't 1000 yen cheap for this amount these days? The vegetables are also stir-fried in a pot, so they are very delicious. Personally, I only choose miso at this restaurant.
