[Shop inside Shakujii Park Furusato Bunka Kaikan]
It is located on the first floor of the facility.
Write your name on the reception desk and wait outside the store.
I ordered a large serving of udon noodles, but what I received was a large serving of udon noodles...the only difference was whether or not there was grated radish. We also ordered ``local vegetable kakiage'' and ``vegetable takikomi rice.'' This cost 1600 yen.
The arrangement of the udon noodles is unique. Colorful noodles. It's delicious! However...Personally, I can say that it wasn't very filling...I had a large portion, but...I wanted to eat more...The amount of dipping sauce was quite large compared to the amount of noodles. It wasn't very strong so I drank it all (lol)
It seems like it takes about 15 minutes to boil.
It seems that all the kakiage except for Naruto use vegetables grown in Nerima.
The cooked rice was rice with beans. It's quite a mini size.
The condiments seem to be homemade. Perfect for changing tastes.
It seems that the business will close as soon as the noodles are gone. When I called around 1:30 pm the day before to confirm business hours, I was told, ``They're out of noodles...so hurry up.'' If you are interested, it would be better to come early.
    Thank you for the meal!

It used to be on Fuji Kaido, but this was my first visit since it moved here. I had probably the most popular Mizore Udon. We also had some cold sake during the day, and they let us choose from five types of sake. I was in trouble because I wanted to drink all kinds lol
Since it is carefully crafted, it will take quite some time to provide it, so I think it would be best to wait until your next schedule.

This shop is located on the first floor of the Furusato Cultural Center next to Shakujii Park.
There were about 30 seats, and the restaurant was bright.

I ordered udon noodles + large serving + vegetable kakiage.
I was told that it would take about 15 minutes to boil, so I relaxed and waited for my meal.

The seasonings came first, something like bean sauce, something like a condiment, salt, sesame seeds, and vinegar. A wide variety of unique weapons.

    Then, the meal appeared.

The smooth udon noodles also contained three different colored noodles. Since the restaurant is particular about using products from Nerima Ward, I wonder if the noodles are made with shiso, carrots, and komatsuna.

The dipping sauce includes pork belly and burdock root. The color of the soup is dark, but it's not too salty.
Soak the noodles in the soup and slurp. It's not as hard as Musashino udon. Rather soft.
There's nothing wrong with being delicious

The vegetable kakiage is large-sized. When you look at the cross section, it's colorful. All except Naruto are from Nerima.

The spray on the table seems to be Tentsuyu, and when I actually applied it, I saw it❗
It's delicious with salt or in a delicious basting soup.

Delicious noodles, I wanted to eat more.
A large serving is not enough (lol)

Tomorrow is a full marathon race, so I'll give my legs some light stimulation in the morning and then charge up my energy in the afternoon ^ ^
This is my first visit here because the udon is good.
It's about a 15 minute walk along Shakujii Park from Shakujii Koen Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. The weather is nice today and the park is crowded with people^^Musashino Enza is located in an elegant building near the park. San╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
The building will be called Nerima Furusato Cultural Center.
I arrived around 1pm and there were 4 groups waiting ahead of me, so the rotation didn't seem to be very good. The other 2 groups I was in were out of udon and had to be turned away (//∇//)
The business hours are supposed to be until 3:30 pm, but it must be a popular store that it sold out before that time.
I entered the store after waiting for 30 minutes, and the seats inside the store were arranged with plenty of space.
I had decided to order a large bowl of udon noodles, fried local vegetables, and a bottle of beer ( ^ω^ )
I asked for the kakiage to be served first with beer.
While I was drinking beer, he brought me some seasonings and explained them to me in detail. It's a kind shop ^ ^
There are various kinds of kakiage ^o^ I almost covered it with salt (≧∇≦)
Now, about the udon noodles, I made a large serving, but it was less than I expected (°▽°) It goes by in a flash ^ ^
The udon is more like Sanuki udon than Musashino udon, and it doesn't feel stiff (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) But it's a gentle udon♪ It's like Hasegawa-san's udon at Oizumi Gakuen ╰(*´︶`*)╯ ♡
Along the way, I poured the soy sauce and sashimi recommended by the waiter onto the udon and slurped it up, and added some seasonings to make the dipping sauce spicier and slurped it all at once ^ ^
I like thick udon noodles, but sometimes I think it's not bad to have gentle udon noodles like this (๑・̑◡・̑๑)
It was delicious ♪ Thank you for the meal ^o^
