"épais" means thick in French and that's the shop's name. definitely it was a thick Katsu they are serving. but it's just not about the thickness, beside you are going to enjoy the katsu with salt instead of the usual katsu sauce, and that's the particularity. it was AMAZING.
the restaurant itself isn't too big therefore you should make a reservation before going (just to be safe I think ). the personal is great and welcoming too

That's not too many seats and must reserve in advance restaurant. Staff very nice and we have very good time. ☺️👌
