For a decent hotel, the food served during the breakfast buffet is so-so. The bread is not fresh, and for toast, there is nothing but stale white bread. There are fresh vegetables for a salad and a nice selection of ham. The omelette station has few choices, and you’ll have to ask for a special order if you want fried eggs. The bacon is not crispy, and the scrambled eggs need to be cooked more. There is a decent selection for a Japanese breakfast, but nothing stands out. The fruit could be fresher and higher quality. They could serve a lot better for ¥2,500.

I went to the lunch buffet with my wife for the first time in a few years.
Previously, you could choose your main course and eat a buffet, so I thought it would be the same this time, but unfortunately it was only a buffet. The variety of buffets has decreased considerably, and pizza and other items used to be available, but they are no longer available.
I think soy sauce ramen is a strange choice for a hotel buffet.
