I stopped by for the first time because I had business nearby.
I was asked if I had a reservation, and when I told them that it was my first time visiting, I was told that some cakes were already reserved and could not be prepared, so I chose from the available lineup. The rare cheese tart had a perfect balance of sweetness, freshness, and sourness, making it a critical hit. The astringent chestnut mont blanc has a crunchy, light meringue-like substance that gives it a really nice texture.
Next time I would like to try a juicy tart with fruit on top.

Unlike a regular tart with custard cream and fruit on tart dough, this tart has a variety of flavors and textures, and you can clearly see that it is elaborate.

Of all the things I ate this time, my favorite was the orange and chocolate tart.

Perhaps because the tart was the main dish, I didn't like the sponge cake for the shortcake, which was a bit disappointing.
It looks beautiful though.

Also recommended here are the baked sweets.
The cookies were really crunchy and the taste and texture were fun and delicious.
