To start, the ambiance was elegant and comfortable, it is a lovely little restaurant! The owners are very kind and you can tell they love what they do. I was very impressed with the quality and attention to detail with the dishes (I ordered the salmon galette and the apple and honey dessert galette). The apple and honey galette came with a yuzu sorbet and it was one of my favorite desserts from my entire trips. The taste, texture, and presentation are phenomenal. I definitely recommend giving Fleur de Sarrason a visit!

Coeliacs, come here!!! Such beautiful service from the owner. He is obviously a very proud and passionate chef and business man. He makes the buckwheat flour fresh daily. We ordered 2, the pork belly, and duck confit from the savoury dinner menu and the homemade apple jam from the sweet. All cooked to perfection right infront of us. Can't beat the beautiful service. He is as joyful in real life as he is in the photo. Would recommend this to everyone, gluten free or not. Thank you!!

Close to Sensoji temple, this retreat finally allowed me to try one of Japan's crepes. The chef showed me the mill where he grinds buckwheat flour daily for delicious freshness and 100% buckwheat for a gluten free crepe. I treated myself to the 4 part lunch set. A cider, potato soup, savory gallete and sweet crepe. Great service, kind people. Highly recommend.
