Gentle taste and cozy Italian restaurant

This is my first time visiting this restaurant because an old friend made a reservation for me.
It was a cute restaurant with less than 20 seats inside, but it was already fully booked.
I ordered a bottle of wine 🍷, so it was quite expensive, but the food was delicious and the price was reasonable.

I've been curious about this for a while, but today I finally got around to it. You can tell that all the dishes are delicious and carefully prepared.

The store name means "dimples" in Italian.

Start with an assortment of 7 appetizers!
A ginger and tomato based soup with fresh cream and basil!
Mozzarella cheese Hasegawa's tomato caprese,
Squid frites, marinated sardines, gorgonzola, gizzard confit, fresh onion panna cotta

Homemade focaccia and homemade olives!
It would be great if you tore up some other focaccia and added it to the olives!
Honestly, I think I could eat about 10 pieces lol

The main pasta is a seasonal tomato-based linguine made with firefly squid from Hyogo and bamboo shoots from Shonan!
Get excited about this pasta made with all your favorite ingredients, combining ingredients only available during the spring season!
The seasoning is tomato-based, giving it a slightly spicy Arrabbiata-like finish!

The chewy linguine was intertwined with the sauce and was delicious!

There are also 2 types of desserts where you can choose 2 of your favorites from a total of 8 types!
Choose rhubarb tart from Shonan and caramel ice cream!

I'm happy when they use local and seasonal ingredients in their pastas and desserts!

This is a stylish restaurant recommended for those who want a leisurely lunch.

Additionally, the adjacent Resona Bank Times parking lot is free as the store will issue you a service ticket. It can park about 20 cars, so I'm thankful that it's spacious, and I'm also happy with the service!
